Forget The Pain And South Bend Pain Management
I visited a Flea Market Sunday. The Wild Wood Flea Market on the out skirts of Michigan City Indiana. I had a great time and introduced a lot of people to Real Time Pain Relief.
I always run into skeptics but it would seem at the Wild Wood there were more than I usually encounter. Four people actually gave me a hard time. I understand when someone with pain has a hard time believing that Real Time Pain Relief really does what we claim. Relieves Pain in minutes. Reduces Inflammation. Increases Blood Flow and Promotes Healing.
I’ll share one of these encounters with you.
A gentleman came up to me saying this is ridiculous. Can’t be true and just like all the rest of this stuff. He was reading my sign. After letting him go on for about two minutes I began explaining to him how we were different than everything else on the market. He had stated he had tried them all. Even his doctor hadn’t been able to help him and he was tired of all the pills. He was aware of all the negative side effects.
Telling me he had suffered with arthritis in his hands for 15 years and he didn’t know what he would give to stop the pain in his hands. I replied you will give me the price of a 4.4 oz jar of Real Time Pain Relief.
It took me a few minutes to convince him to try some. I always have some to give to people. He was also aware of some of our ingredients and what they do. Emu Oil, Glucosamine, and Capsicum he had heard of.
So, I said to him you can continue suffering, continue doing what you have been doing that you say is not working or try some of this and feel the results. Finally he put some on. I explained a little more about the ingredients and how arthritis is a condition of inflammation and how RTPR has over a dozen natural ingredients to help reduce it. The five minutes went by and we applied it again. That’s how Real Time Pain relief works, in layers so you always put it on and then again in 5 minutes.
He was grumbling, a little bit, as he walked off but I knew he would be back and sure enough about 10 minutes later he was back giving me the price of the 4.4 oz. Jar. He said ya know this is really working.
I had this type of encounter with four people. Three of the four came back and started using RTPR. I am not sure what happened to the fourth. I may have left before she could make it back.
This is how it is for me. I really enjoy all the successes I have helping people with pain and the feeling that I have helped to improve someone’s life. Real Time Pain relief really does work and with the addition of real food it can be life changing.
I love talking to people and we chat about more than just pain relief. I hear some great tales and share some of mine too. The people we care about and the ones we meet are our greatest treasure. Smile, Say Hello, Be Kind to People!

I just became acquainted with a gentlemen at the South Bend Farmers Market who deals in magnets for pain.
It would seem he does well selling them. The biggest selling point he has is a magnet wand or pen. He takes the pen and in a circular motion waves it around a point on your body. I have no idea how powerful this magnet is but you can feel the power. Waving the thing around my wrist my fingers tingled for a few minutes.
I do have carpal tunnel but because of RTPR I was not experiencing pain at that time. I was a little impressed at power of the thing but can’t say if there was a pain relieving property to it. This leads me to believe many people may also be impressed by this effect and make a purchase. The bracelets are nice looking but I would think the magnets contained on them are not near as powerful as the pen.
That is the biggest selling point. Nice looking and the pen makes your fingers tingle. I have seen people already wearing one and buying a second and even a third. What is it “more is better?”
I do have a friend, and client, who had a problem with his thumb. Computer and mouse related, the repetitive motion thing. He tried the copper bracelet. I even wore it for a while after he gave up on that. Then he tried a magnet. Jason could never pin point if it was helping or not. After about a month becoming tired of wearing it he stopped. It’s likely in his junk drawer somewhere along with the copper one.
After I discovered Real Time Pain Relief I shared it with him. Applying a little dab to his thumb at the kitchen table right before our eyes the swelling left, the pain stopped, and after a week of using RTPR his thumb healed. Jason purchased a roll on bottle back in June of 2011 and, still, hasn’t used it all. He aggravates the thumb now and then and has to reapply. He raves how this has improved his golf game.
Back to the “Magnet Guy” I gave him a Travel Pack of Real Time Pain Relief to try at his leisure. After a couple of weeks went by I registered an online purchase. I always call my customers and speak to them. It was the magnet guy! He raved about how it worked for him. He works out and did something to his shoulder.
These are his exact words ” The Pain Was Gone Before I Even Got My Hand Away From My Shoulder From Rubbing Some On!” ” This stuff is amazing!”
Of course my response was “I told you so.”
Most of these bracelets are made in China. When purchased in bulk the cost is $3 a peace. I see them being sold for $25 to $30. Nice mark-up. I’m not sure if diamonds have that mark-up.
If you use a laptop computer be careful wearing magnets. They will damage your computer. Keep the magnet away from your debit and credit cards. They will erase the magnetic strip.
Do Magnets Really Work?
There is some evidence Magnets can increase Blood Flow and ease Muscle Spasms.

Elevators and Escalators are the norm theses days. Stairs? When was the last time you opted to walk the stairs?
I would take a guess and say the most famous stairway is in Philadelphia at the east entrance of the Philadelphia Museum of Art. The “Rocky” movie of course. There are 72 steps found is this stairway. Thousands of people visit the steps each year just to do what Rocky did. Run up the steps and raise their arms in victory. Hopefully they go inside and visit the museum too.
I see athletes running the stairs all the time to help them get and keep in shape. I doubt if there is a better workout for your legs and cardiovascular system. Almost every time I see a piece on a running back for the NFL they are running the steps.
Exercise companies have certainly jumped on the band wagon. A day doesn’t go by that I don’t see an ad for a stair stepper on TV. Every gym and fitness facility has them available to their clients.
Walking is a great low impact form of exercise and adding a few steps up the stairs can burn a few more calories and increase blood flow. Walking, running and bicycling are all weight-bearing forms of exercise. The impact of walking is much lower and adding a leisurely walk up the steps can have it’s benefits.
Add the steps to your visit to the mall. Over time your choice may make a difference in your well being.
Walking can benefit all of us including those suffering with pain. How about putting you in a better mood for starters. Lowering you blood pressure and at the same time increasing blood flow. Strengthening muscles in your back and legs. Because walking is weight-bearing it adds to the strengthening of your bones and the health of joints. Also lowering the risk of blood clots.
I found this video on You Tube. From a mall in Stockholm, Sweden. They noticed people were ignoring the stairway and only taking the escalator. Engineers put together a plan to get people to use them. Now the escalator is ignored.

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is an autoimmune disease causing a feeling of low energy and weakness..
Some natural doctors believe it stems from high levels of yeast in the system. Too many antibiotics and corticosteroids. Corticosteroids has to do with stress response, immune response, and control over inflammation. Also having a great deal of control over metabolism. A poor diet may compound the condition which can cause pain symptoms like Fibromyalgia.
There are some ways to treat muscle pain from chronic fatigue. Over-the-counter medications can relieve muscle pain improving the ability to act. Their negative side effect to the body should be a consideration.
Applying heat to the area that hurts may help. Using a heating pad or combination ice and heat pad works because heat increases blood flow and cold can cut further swelling. Another option is to relax is a hot bath. Again heat gets the blood flowing which can help pain. Relaxing and lowering stress is always a good thing.
Massage can have a positive effect. It also helps to get up and move around.
Blood flow is so important. Bringing oxygen and nutrients to all our important parts. Also removing the bad stuff.

Muscle soreness may last for a couple of days after a workout. You may experience some tightness and slight soreness especially during the first days of beginning a program. Walking is one of the beat ways to put your body in motion.
The reason muscles get sore is because tiny fibers tear when you work out. Muscle tissue will repair it’s self when you rest. This is why an exercise plan should be preformed 2 to 3 times a week and not every day.
The amount of soreness you have largely depends upon whether you are used to a particular exercise. If you haven’t exercised or worked a muscle for a while, you’ll be a lot sorer. Don’t over do it.
There are some things you can do before and afterwards to reduce muscle soreness. Stretching and massaging muscles rids lactic acid buildup. It’s always more fun with a partner. Your partner can get the muscles you can’t reach.
According to ScientificAmerican.com lowering lactic acid levels can reduce soreness.
Stretching before and after you work out should be a part of your plan. We see this all the time with professional athletes and they are in shape. If you experience a muscle cramp eat a banana.
Stretching prepares the muscles for exercise, and can help reduce the amount of soreness you experience later on. Try to move around if you are experiencing any stiffness and soreness. This will get more blood flowing which helps with the recovery process.
A warm bath will also help. The Jacuzzi or hot tub is even better.
Try our topical lotion made with homeopathic herbal, and nutritional ingredients that literally relieve pain in minutes with out the negative side effects or oral pain killers.
